Step 1: Get a tube

Step 2: Insert tube into spring as shown

Step 3: Push tube over spring

Step 4: Grab the flap

Step 5: Button it up 

Step 6: Pull on the spring hook and push tube forward

Step 7: Start over on the next spring. That's it.
