Spring Shields are Warranted per our manufacturing for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase as long as the product was installed correctly as per our instructions. We will not except returns on items that have been; used in a manner in which they are not designed or intended for, put on incorrectly, dragged, pulled or ripped intentionally or otherwise.

In order to return any product due to a manufacturers defect, You must e-mail  Springshields Sales Department and receive a return merchandise authorization code.  Once you have obtained the RMA CODE,  mail back the damaged product (prepaid shipping ) including the original sales receipt and all parts along with a detailed letter of why you are returning.  All returns must be in there original carton with all packing material intact (No Exceptions )  We will not be able to refund the cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has been already submitted.  Once our customer service has verified your return order information, inspected your order and approved the RMA code, we will process the warranty.  Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
